+Location is great, near to the Kos Port and lots of restaurants including right downstairs. + Irina was super friendly and so adorable when on the day of check-out she gave me bag of homemade cookies <3 + Price-quality rate very good for Kos Town.
I am very happy customer but just that as there are little oven and frying pan, it would be nice to have more equipment for kitchen such as spatula and so on. This is not the owner's fault but if you are light sleeper there is lot of noise coming from the street right below the apartment.

The location was at Kos port, not too close to the busy center, so we could sleep well at night. The AC was a life saver, and all in all the apartment was well equipped so we could cook, wash our clothes and store our food. Iriana and Maria were exceptionally welcoming and friendly hosts!
The shower was a bit small, but that's all.

The location was really convenient, just a few steps from the international ferry port where boats from Turkey arrive, and right on the street with several good restaurants. Having a balcony was also a nice plus
The bathroom was very small with just a curtain instead of a shower cabin, so the floor was always wet after showering. The furniture felt quite old and in need of renovation. The biggest issue was the construction next door – we were woken up by loud noise before 8 a.m. on both mornings.
