The apartment is spacious, very well equipped (especially the kitchen!)and extremely clean. We stayed with three people (one on the sofa bed in the living room, two in the bedroom) and there was enough space for everyone including the wardrobes. The location is perfect if you want to discover the old town of Kos AND the nice beaches as it is in between. The area is lively but quite after midnight. We enjoyed the balcony a lot. The hosts are very nice and helpful and live in the same building. We always felt very save.
The beds could be a bit softer, but this depends on your taste.

perfect location, close to the harbour, a lot of tavernas and cafeterias. Not far to the Bus station, the Old town, Shopping area and Supermarkets. Apartment and house was very clean and save, friendly and helpful owner.
