The house was exactly as in the photos. The location was 7-8 minutes walking distance to the beach, 2-3 minutes by car. The owner Vassilis invited us to his restaurant and we had a wonderful evening in a place with the best view on the island, and very good food and drinks.
Next time we come to Kos, we definitely know where we will stay. Thanks for everything.

Alles war sauber und sehr gepflegt. Der Besitzer sehr zuvorkommend, hilfsbereit und sehr nett! Es gab zum welcome Kekse und kaltes Wasser;) Zentrale Lage, alles gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Was will man mehr?

The property was close to the old town, harbour, shops and restaurants.
Very modern and had everything you needed to be self sufficient.
Only 1 set of towels each for a weeks stay, we washed them in the morning and dried them as the weather was sunny, but would have been good to have another set. Shower mat was dirty, did not use. The sheets on the bed were no longer white and looked old.

Location is great, good size apartment and bathroom had a fan that worked.
A LOT. It was NOT clean at all. The state we found the apartment in was unacceptable and very distressing. The free WiFi was nonexistent. There were no blockout blinds/curtains so room was full of light in the morning. Host has fastened keys to card so no electricity during the day. Means for a very hot and uncomfortable apartment when returning late at night to sleep!!!
