The property is perfectly located near everything and in a great neighborhood. The space is nice and cozy.
The property is in a basement and upon returning from our concert there were a lot of bugs on the floor.

The mechanics in the cupboard in the basement were very noisy and kept us awake

Cute- bed & pillows were very comfy. Great shower head. Nice touch with water in the fridge (Brita), coffee & creamers. Neighborhood is great. Close walk to good food, attractions, ebikes to get to further attractions. Owners were accommodating.
Pullout coach - teenager felt like he was sliding toward the foot. Not pulled out was better for him. Chair not so comfy. Understandable that you wouldn't buy high-end for renters, though. Need to have some dimmers for lighting, as it's all on & bright or all off in the main room. Blinding in bathroom in morning.
