Appartamento nuovo, arredato con gusto e soprattutto pulitissimo. Il proprietario Alessio, è gentilissimo, molto disponibile e responsivo. La posizione è ottimale per chi, come noi, vuole stare vicino alla Porziuncola.
Unico neo - la doccia perde acqua ed è un po' fastidioso, ma sicuramente è un qualcosa che si può sistemare e che spero vada fatto. Ottimo le cialde e le tisane che vengono offerte ( che non è scontato ) ma dal momento che ci sono suggerisco di metterne qualcuna in più ( 1 cialda a persona al giorno e magari qualche gusto di tisana in più).

Spotlessly clean and exceptionally well maintained, the property met our expectations. Alessio, the host, was wonderfully hands-on. Pre-arrival communication was prompt and clear, check-in was smooth, and all room facilities instructions were easy to follow. Throughout our stay, Alessio was always just a text away and consistently responsive.
Overall, we had an enjoyable stay, thanks to the genuine hospitality and thoughtful care of our hosts. Bus connections to and from the famous Basilicas (St Francis, St Clare etc) were convenient and easy from the accommodation. We would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area.
Shower door does not keep water from spilling outside cubicle - Design fault. TV signals interference on occasions. We are quite happy for our 3 night stay to go without cleaning service. Perhaps complimentary cleaning service can be provided on alternate days or every 3 days once for longer staying guests.
