Quiet, Comfortable, close to resturants and 7/11, beach front, prefect for a chilled getaway. Our host was very quick to reply and help in organising transport from and to Bangkok. We went during rainy season, and there weren't a lot of people around (which I like). Highly recommend, was sad to leave.
Not a dislike as such, would've been helpful to have local business contacts available with suggestions for Scooter/sidecar rentals, or Taxi options etc.

Good location, well designed, large space. the view, all you need for a longer stay.
mold and musty smell, the bed linen were synthetic and not cotton and there were quite some ants. and mold in them aircons. I would come again if these issues were fixed.
