Escape Condominiums Beachfront Suites - Mae Phim

This place is an absolute gem. Very large apartment with two bedrooms with comfortable double beds. A large kitchen with all necessary facilities, a great bathroom and a large balcony with decent furniture. The garden and pools are beautiful and all a stone's throw from the most amazing beach which comes all the way up to the garden at high tide. 10 minutes walk along the beach to the 7 11, several decent seafood restaurants, where you can also just have a beer. Or 15 minutes walk to the more typical Thai beach area with great street food. This will definitely be a go to place for us in the future.

Some of the furniture around the pool could use some renovation and the occasional over-zealous gardener mowing or trimming around the deck chairs. But nothing worth any point deductions.

Nice location, perfect staff service both chat and at the condo. Easy to get and give back a key. Love it. Very near with Laem Mae Phim beach, nice seafood resturant and Seven eleven.

Shower cannot let hot water even adjust hottest one. Quite cold for take a bath.

Right on the beach. Beach directly in front of hotel kept clean of rubbish. Swimming pool. Two bedrooms and kitchen made this perfect for a family. Cafe right down stairs. The community celebrations for Songkran over 3 days were so fun! Really friendly, happy party atmosphere that was also super respectful.

While the beach directly in front of the condiminiums is kept clean, the rest of the beach is littered with rubbish. For this reason, we wouldn't return to this area. I know the hotel owners can't fix this but it affected our stay. We ended up leaving 2 days early.
