Apartment125 E is on 2nd floor of this well maintained & secure development. 'Escape Condos' are right on the beach. Very lovely. Plenty of parking, a cafe restaurant on site. Adequate gym, good pool.
Apt 125 could do with a handy man for a few hours to keep it pristine. The big prolem with this rental is the awful knackered mattress. The LHD side has a sink hole! An attempt to make matters better has been made with a 'topper'. It hasn't worked. It's a big bed, a new mattress will no doubt cost around $1000.

Lugnt och skönt! Nästan egen strand! Pooler fanns också. Härlig pub med god mat och dryck och supertrevlig personal!! 👌 Skönt att kunna fixa egen mat ibland!
Om lägenheten - stod många fel i er annons. Inte havsutsikt! Inga tv kabelkanaler! Fick köpa till tjänster som städning, byte av lakan, handdukar! Solsängar räckte inte till alla och bokades i arla morgonstund! Framgick inte av annonsen! En sliten lägenhenhet!

Very comfortable and practical unit, highly suitable for a couple or single parent with child. Studios aren't usually my favorite but the layout here worked well, with a sofa and work desk for laptop separated away from the sleeping area. It's good to have a kitchenette as well.
