Kitchen and pool
Wooden decking is rotting away. Had to walk on the joists as one of the pieces of wood snapped. Pool not cleaned, light hanging inside and tiles are missing a lot of grout. Lounge cushions dirty. Paying for electricity, all the house runs on it, especially the pool.

Rolig, sentralt, flott eiendom men trenger noe vedlikehold for å bli helt topp.
