Oceanside Place

Большой дом находится в большом саду, с бассейном. Это один из домов жилого комплекса. Территория ухоженная, бассейн чистят. Дом оборудован всем необходимым, есть полотенца для пляжа, 3 санузла, телевизор в гостиной. Большая кухня с микроволновой, бутербродница, тостер чайник и даже рисоварка. Есть мангальная зона. До моря недалеко по парку. Единственное особенность не в сезон не вызывается такси в приложении, но прекрасная управляющая Кук вызывает тук тук и помогает с арендой байка по запросу.

Das Ferienhaus war sehr groß. Die Küche war sehr gut ausgestattet und die Toiletten mit Dusche waren geräumig und sauber ( z.B. saubere Silikonfugen). Es gab eine kleine Terrasse zum Park gerichtet wo man schön den Tag ausklingen lassen konnte. Sehr schön angelegte Parkanlage und Pool optimal für Kinder, leider war das Wasser viel zu warm da sollte etwas geändert werden. Der Strand kaum Menschen,man hatte hier Ruhe. Allerdings war es fast schon wieder zu ruhig. Wer Ruhe mag und etwas mobil ist damit man auch etwas einkaufen kann, ist hier sehr gut aufgehoben.

Das viel zu warme Wasser im Pool und das es schon wieder zu ruhig ist.

Let's start with the villa/holiday house. It was spacious, comfortable, and perfectly clean. The beds were really comfortable, and the kitchen was surprisingly well equipped with microwave, electric kettle, toaster, hotplate, coffee machine, rice cooker, pots & pans, plates, cups etc. The TV had youtube, etc. and the wifi was good. The garden view was very peaceful. Towels were provided. However, there were no amenities or bottled water provided, so make sure you bring your own. Oceanside Place - the original name of the entire resort/development, seems to have originally been a large beachside resort with around 100 villas/units. At some point these villas must have been sold to individual owners. Most of them currently sit empty, some visibly in disrepair. A few have been renovated, but the entire resort was eerily empty and what used to be general facilities like a gym, a snooker room, reception area sat there locked up and looking a bit abandoned. On the other hand, the pool was well maintained, clean and we used it everyday. Also, the gardens/grounds were meticulously kept by a group of gardeners and there was 24h security on site. So, the house itself where we stayed was great, the grounds and pool were very nice, despite the "abandoned resort" vibe feeling a bit funny. Just be aware that you book a holiday home from a private host rather than a unit from a resort/hotel. Just a really well kept house in a Beachside housing development where most units are currently empty. The positive side of that is that it was extremely quiet and peaceful which we enjoyed a lot. There are beach restaurants in walking distance and many more are in short driving distance.

Being from the Pacific Islands, we are used to pristine beaches, which this one was not. It is more of a typical Thai public beach with lots of washed up rubbish that no one feels responsible for. Daily raking would make a big difference as it is actually quite a nice setting with shade giving trees.

The location is nice but overall you can see the years so it need's some renovation but the staff did what them can to make you feel well. I think we will go again here because it's a nice an quite place good for ppl just search a place to relax. Also it is easy to find a good restaurant at the beach direct just a 5 minute walk or you can drive about 10 minutes with the car and find a lot of good restaurants at the next beach
