+ spacious and clean room
+ very nice landlords, the first night our aircon didn't work and we had to sleep in the cold, but the next day when we told the landlords, they replaced with a new aircon immediately within the same day, truly appreciated
- shower was only outdoor on the balcony for each room, and therefore during cold season it's not very pleasant and not recommended for small babies
- shower temperature was also not stable and can be a problem in the cold season
- rooms in the house did not have much soundproof, so during night time and early morning the guests may have to be extra careful with their sound/noise not to disturb each other
- location was very uphill from the town, but if you're driving then it's no problem, they provide free parking at the hotel

Nice property, the room was spacious and I love the outdoor bath. We could see the beach from our shower room. I also liked that it was within walking distance to the beach. We were able to park in the lost next to the hotel. Check in process was easy and owners were kind.
