Property is clean and the staff are very nice and helpful. I love the greens and scenery.

Absolutely everything. I will definitely stay here again when in Siargao. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful and responded to our requests and messages very promptly. The staff went above and beyond when booking our tours and even offered to take and organise our laundry because we didn’t have time to do it ourselves. The room was very clean and spacious!! Plus there’s an ATM machine and Cev restaurant literally 1 min away from Caracoa

The cleanliness, the staff and location

Location is good, close to Cloud 9. Room is also big and clean, a bit overpriced for what you get on return. The restaurant food is amazing. Pool is nice but is small.

First of all, even though is advertised by the hotel, the constructions near by (literally in front of our room) destroys the view and makes imposible to sleep. If you are a sensible sleeper, this is not your place. The restaurant is good but you cannot paid by card, something strange as the hotel is pricey (other hotels in siargao has this basic service).
