La gentillesse du personnel et leur envie d.aider rapidement et de faire en sorte qu’on se sente le mieux dans les chambres. Nous n’avons pas eu d’eau chaude un soir et une fois informé, le personnel est venu vérifier et nous a remis l’eau chaude directement. Ils nous ont aussi proposé un service pour laver les vêtements. Il y avait une fontaine d’eau à l’accueil où on pouvait se servir à n’importe quel moment.

Rien À noter qu’une poignée de porte était cassée mais le personnel a dit qu’il la réparerait pour les prochains clients. À noter également qu’il n’y avait pas de restaurant dans l’établissement quand nous y avons été (fin de saison touristique)

Peaceful oasis in the heart of General Luna. The villas were very clean, and the staff were so kind and accommodating, especially Lito who made our experience one to remember. Couldn’t imagine staying anywhere else and will 100% book again if returning to Siargao!

It's a quiet place but it's also located just steps away from the tourism road. The room is really nice, big & comfortable bed, mini fridge with water supply. There's also a safe in the room. The bathroom is equipped with toiletries. The staff are really nice and welcoming. There's a large clean pool with pool towels. It's recommended for those who seek to stay in the center and yet have some peaceful time.

The staff were very kind and accommodating, and the place itself was really nice.

It would be nice if complimentary slippers were provided for guests, specially considering the room rates. This is just a suggestion, but perhaps small complimentary touches like slippers, welcome drinks, or even breakfast could make the stay even better. We also booked another hotel for our teammates during the same trip, which had lower rates but included these little extras, so I think this could be something worth considering for future guests.
