De locatie is zeer goed. Het voelt heel ruim aan als je binnenkomt.
Het geluid van de dampkap is op stille momenten wat storend. De tv in de logeerkamer is niet handig. Er mochten wat meer grote potten zijn in de keuken om mee te koken. Niet handig als je spaghetti wil koken in een kleine pot.

Die Lage ist prima. Theoretisch ist auch die Idee der Schlüsselübergabe gut, wenn es denn klappt.
Die Wohnung ist etwas kurios eingerichtet und zum Teil etwas abgewohnt. Am Bett fehlt Licht auf einer Seite, es war nicht ganz sauber und einige Dinge sind nur lässlich geflickt. Durch die enge Bebauung bekommt man viel von den Bewohnern in den umliegenden Wohnungen mit. Alles nicht schlimm, nur in der Summe etwas ungemütlich.
