Very decent and reasonably priced place for an overnight stay

Two bathrooms, clean and tidy. Decent sized kitchen.

Unnecessary amount of pots and pans. Curtains were broken in places. Apartment smelt musty when we arrived, but was fine when we opened all the doors and windows for a bit.

Very filthy ! The sink was full of dirty water. The beds were full of mold. Even the front door was open when we arrived. Off course we did not stay more than 5 minutes in this haunted place we booked another decent hotel.

Great apartment at a short drive to the beach

The apartment is very comfortable, it has everything you need to get started. I loved the setting, very easy to park. Very clean. I wished we could have stayed longer. Staff is just great!! They were nice, helpful and very accommodating, we thank you guys very much. It’s a place for relaxing and we had a great time, even though the weather was not with us.

The place was clean, clean and quiet. There are 2 Toilets with shower. Kitchen is nice and well provided with utensils.

The distance to the beach and the tram station is quite far but still reachable by foot.

This is definetively the place I'd go if I go back in the area

Andy and Saskia, the concierges, were wonderful and responded to all requests very promptly. I had a personal problem with the rented car and Saskia went beyond her duties as housekeeper to help me out fixing it acting as interpreter with the local car assistance and tyres supplier. The apartment was very clean and tidy. The location is very quiet and I slept like a queen. The kitchen has all the useful small appliances: toaster, kattle, microwave, small oven and even an airfrier! At night it got a bit chilly and the electric heating system quickly heats the rooms. Same for the hot water in the shower, turns hot in a matter of seconds and the pressure is perfect. A wonderful, not very busy beach, is at walking distance.

nothing major but I had loaded the car with basic things like salt, oil, sugar etc. then I found out some of it was already there. Whilst I was warned that I had to bring my own sheets and linen for the bed, it would have been useful to know that I could leave some of the stuff behind.

Very disappointing. We didn't stay.

The playground and the sports facilities (basketball and football) looked okay. The housekeeper seemed to be a nice person.

We tried to keep management informed of our arrival time but had to wait upon arrival and make a few phone calls before finally receiving the key. We were not happy, from a first impression. The place looks very different from the pictures on the booking.com site. It is actually quite run down and would need a fresh coat of pain as well as new furniture. The inner yard is not very handy for families with small kids, because you need to constantly watch them to make sure they don't disturb those in the next apartments (there isn't much privacy in this yard). The surroundings are not very nice, with other multiple storey buildings around. The walk to the beach is not particularly pleasant, and the 500-something metre comes across as rather long and dull (part of the segment is on a bridge flying over a road and different types of housing...not really the seaside experience you would expect). Oh yes, and the icing on the cake: not bed sheets and towels!

It`s not on the seafront. Might be an option, but rather for a short stay.

Large, private parking spot. Apartment located on the ground floor, so it`s easy to move in even with a heavy luggage. Good choice of TV channels (Belgian and foreign), well functioning WIFI. Kitchen well equipped, with big table and seats, so you can either prepare your meals or bring some take-away stuff, seat down and eat properly.

Bad surprise just after our arrival, late in the evening: towels and bed linen were not provided, however, it was not mentioned in the rental conditions. Result: we had to pay an extra fee to rent them on the spot, from the concierge. Bathroom next to the room with double bed urgently needs renovation (clogged drain in the shower, toilet flush that has broken down). There`s a strange noise (probably some water pump that switches on regularly), which disturbs particularly at night. Second sleeping room is quite small, however, it`s foreseen to accommodate up to 4 persons, on the two bunk beds. Double matrasses on the upper beds (I would never let little kids sleeping there - there`s a risk of falling down).

verouderde pand, de banken mogen vervangen worden, we moesten alle spullen schoonmaken bij aankomst. In de informatie stond duidelijk dat dieren niet worden toegestaan en dat bleek alles behalve het geval te zijn. Wij hebben twee kindren die allergiesch zijn en die hebben allebei uitslag gekregen omdat overaal dieren haren in huis waren. normaal gesproken zouden we ons geld terug eisen en ik laat t aan jullie over. geen prullenbak in de keuken. niemand aanwezig voor sleuteloverdracht en erger nog niemand bereikbaar op de beiden telefoonnummers die in de mail staam. kortom triest.

L'appartement est spacieux et lumineux. Le fait d'avoir 2 salles de bains est un plus. L'infrastructure est chouette.

Une odeur d'humidité dans l'appartement en rentrant qui ne partait pas même après avoir aspergé tout avec du Feebreze. Des tâches sur les matelas et oreiller, ça ne donnait clairement pas envie de dormir dessus. Les 2 douches horribles! Moisissures sur le plafond (je suppose que c'est ça l'odeur dans tout l'appartement...), on prenait nos douches avec des claquettes en plastique car l'eau stagnait et le carrelage de la douche était très suspect... la prise de la salle de bain ne fonctionnait pas, obligé de se sécher les cheveux dans la chambre. Le micro-ondes n'était pas nettoyé, plein de saleté dedans, la bouilloire avec plein de calcaire. Il y avait encore de la vaisselle propre dans le lave vaisselle. L'appartement pourrait être tellement mieux si quelques travaux et rafraichissement y était investis. Perso, je ne reviendrais plus.

Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen und wir kommen gerne wieder.

Uns hat die Wohnung und auch die Lage sehr gut gefallen. Die zwei Bäder waren sehr praktisch und die Kinder haben sich über ihr eigenes Badezimmer gefreut.

Die Duschen waren etwas eng.
