we enjoyed fully of our stay

We liked the fully equipped kitchen: in COVID times it is nice to cook for yourself 'at home' also on holiday.

There are major road works going on next to the property. This is of course a force majeure for the owners and beyond their control.

Overall we thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Floris house. It is close to a fabulous beach & playground

The host Chantal was extremely friendly and helpful. The house is in a good location approx. 10 min walk from the beach, which was fabulous with sand dunes which the kids loved exploring. The proximity to the playground (2 min walk) was excellent also. The wifi was excellent and the television channels and choices for a family with 3 young children were great.

Due to Covid -19 we were unable to use the stove- hence the house was not as warm as we would have liked it as we travelled in February and it was very cold. Electric heaters in all rooms had to be kept on continuously to ensure the house stayed warm. We found that we had to wear extra jumpers in the evening time as the sitting room was cool enough. The house is 2 km from De Haan town and unfortunately, a lot of the restaurants and shops that were close to the house (within walking distance) were closed due to Covid19 - hence a car is required to get food shop in etc.

Super séjour

Village de vacances bien adapté aux familles avec enfants. Très bien situé, logement très confortable et très bien fourni. Les enfants ont adoré la petite cour et tous les jouets mis à leur disposition... Un vrai petit paradis pour les enfants ! En plus, les propriétaires sont très accueillants et chaleureux.

Ein unvergesslicher Familienurlaub im SeaSide Village: Komfort, Freundlichkeit und Nähe zum Strand

Das Ferienhaus (Doppelhaushälfte) liegt in der charmanten Ferienanlage „SeaSide Village“ und ist ideal für Familien mit Kindern, da es über 3 Schlafzimmer verfügt. Im Erdgeschoss befindet sich eine Küche mit einem großen Esstisch, die nahtlos in einen geräumigen und komfortablen Wohn- und Sitzbereich übergeht. Alle Zimmer sind hell und gepflegt. Eine kleine Garage bietet Platz für 2-3 Fahrräder und hält zudem Spielzeug für Kleinkinder bereit, darunter ein Bobbycar und Sandspielzeug. Ein praktischer Bollerwagen steht ebenfalls zur Verfügung, um die Kleinen und ihre Utensilien zum nur 1 km entfernten Strand zu transportieren. Direkt am Haus befindet sich ein Parkplatz. Die äußerst freundliche Vermieterin hat uns wertvolle Tipps zu Restaurants in der Umgebung, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Informationen zum weitgehend kostenlosen Parken in De Haan gegeben. Es ist empfehlenswert, vor der Anreise abzuklären, welche Ausstattung und Verbrauchsmittel mitgebracht werden sollten. Wir hatten einen rundum angenehmen Aufenthalt und würden jederzeit gerne wiederkommen!

Bei einer Anreise mit sechs Personen und Gepäck könnte es etwas herausfordernd sein, alles mit nur einem Auto zu transportieren. Daher wäre es sehr hilfreich, wenn in diesem Fall zwei kostenlose Parkplätze zur Verfügung gestellt werden könnten.

Wir waren äusserst zufrieden und können diese Unterkunft 100% weiterempfehlen.

Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet (Klima, Heizung, Waschmaschine, Kaffeemaschine, Wasserkocher, Mikrowelle, Backofen, Geschirr, Pfannen, usw.). Für (jüngere) Kinder gibt es einige Spielsachen. Auch ein Bollerwagen ist vorhanden um z.B. Gepäck an den Strand zu bringen. Es gibt einen möblierten Gartensitzplatz. Die Wohnanlage ist sauber und gepflegt. Es gibt Parkplätze direkt beim Haus. Der Strand ist in 10 Minuten zu Fuss erreichbar. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und die Haltestelle zum Küstentram sind ebenfalls nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt. Sehr freundliche und bemühte Gastgeber.

Veiligheid voor de kinderen, zeer proper, alles was aanwezig van benodigdheden in het huisje en compleet uitgerust, alles bij de hand en zeer dichtbij (perfecte locatie)
