Financially quite the screw up

It was fine enough for us to stay here a while with our cat & dog. It had everything we needed. That was the positive thing I have to say about this accommodation, that they allow pets.

The price stated on booking and the price in reality are 2 really different things. I booked the original week for 130€. That became 200 something+200 deposit. The 2 weeks that we booked after this, we paid 400€ more deposit. So 600 deposit in total for 3 weeks, andb of this we got back.. a whooping 300. For "electricity and gas". That's a painful deal if you ask me.

It is a cosy and style place.

We were pleasantly surprised by the style and comfort of the house, the presence of an enclosed garden and sun loungers. Everything was very nice. The house itself is filled with crockery and lots of little things for a pleasant vacation. Each bedroom, as well as the dining room, had a heater. You can park your car near the house. Internet worked well. Very pleasant staff at the reception.

It wasn't a problem, but bed linen and towels are not included. You can take it with you or pay 10 euros for each set.

there should be an explanation how to use the charging heating system because the small electric heatings don’t warm the house and consume a lot more also. we didn’t receive the numbers of the meters in the beginning or the end of the rent so we are curious to know how much extra costs we have to pay for the heating. better communication about this would be better

Avoid this place

It is an awful overall experience, beware from this place. They charged separate money for linens (of course I had to ask for them and then to put myself), charged for water and electricity. The staff was almost not existed and rude. They charged additional 200 euro deposit (which was not mentioned at all at booking.com), now after one month they still not returned it, and I have sent like 20 messages, they just ignore them. The rooms were not clean, though they charged separately for cleaning. We have left the rooms cleaner than we have received them. There is no view, nothing around. No super market, no restaurant. Many basic things were missing in the kitchen. Beware, avoid this property Update: After writing this review, they returned me 128 euro. According to the invoice they were supposed to return me 145 euro. The rest they deducted for use of linens and electricity (for three nights only!)

The heather in the bedroom was not working efficiently to warm up the room. We had to move to leaving room as the temperature was to low for a small baby. We asked the staff to fix it but they said it works.

Nice small house in walking distance to the beach

The houses in the park are nice and well kept and very functional. The little secluded garden is a bonus. The area around has all necessary shops within 2 min drive or 15 min walk (with a small child). The beach at Bredene was nice and much less crowded than other parts. Everything seemed clean and all COVID protection measures were in place.

The houses are probably better for summer than for winter- it was warm enough (with electric heating for about 35 Euro for three days), but it did not feel very 'cosy' (cold tiled floor). The walking way from the houses to the beach is along a relatively busy road (further complicated by roadworks). The house was freshly painted when we arrived and still smelled quite strongly of paint. The playground in the park felt a bit 'sad', but probably also because the nearby Brasserie was closed because of COVID. It is a shame that you cannot really see on the web-site which house you are booking, because at least from outside they looked quite different from each other.

Komfortables Haus , freundliche Leute und sehr gute Lage!

Das Haus war sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Lage war hervorragend und wir konnten angenehme Tage in Bredene verbringen.

Einziges Problem: Der Gebrauch der Mikrowelle. Viel zu kompliziert für eine Ferienwohnung. Warum gibt es keine Modelle mit einem Ein/Aus Schalter und einem einfachen Thermostat?

locatie, nwe douche. mooie ruime tuin.

huisje redelijk verouderd inrichting oud maar wel functioneel. keuken en potten pannen oud. Bedden waren goed maar ook verouderd. Verder tuinmeubilair erg gedateerd. gelukkig ben ik niet zwaarlijvig maar de stoeltjes waren erg fragile. borg van 200 euro is wel erg hoog want blind paard kan hier weinig schade aanrichten.Snap de verrekening met stookkosten maar wel zeer onbegrijpelijk dat het 2 weken moet duren en voor ons erg ondoorzichtig wat we dan verbruikt zouden hebben. andere parken laten je het noteren of zoals ik recentelijk heb meegemaakt komen langs en regel het gelijk ook met de borg.

We hebben er heerlijk genoten ook al was het van korte duur.

De locatie van het park is heel goed . Het huisje nr 273 is heel schoon en van alles voorzien, het heeft een grote geheel afgesloten tuin . Je mag de auto ook bij het huisje parkeren dat is wel heel fijn .

De tweepersoonsbank en de twee fauteuils zitten niet fijn . En het tweepersoons bed ligt voor ons gevoel totaal niet lekker , maar dat is natuurlijk persoonlijk.

Das Haus ist toll, alles vorhanden was man braucht .Die Lage sehr ruhig. Zu den Geschäften und Restaurants geht man zu Fuß ca. 10-15 min, zum Strand auch. Zwei E-BIKES für drei Tage kosten 120€, ist akzeptabel. Lohnt sich auf jedenfall, so sieht man mehr von der Umgebung. Wir sind sogar bis Brügge geradelt und zurück. Mit vollen Akkus kein Problem.

Auswahl der Restaurants könnte besser sein. Preise recht hoch.

Rustig en proper

Heel proper rustig gelegen huisje met gesloten tuin zonder inkijk van de buren. De huisje staan ook los van elkaar zodat je geen geluid hebt van de buren.

Het huisje ligt wat ver van de parking zodat je wel al wat stappen hebt om de auto uit te laden.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden gerne wieder kommen!

Schönes kleines Häuschen mit tollem Bad und einem abgeschlossenen Garten. Es war sauber und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Die Betten waren mega und das ganze Haus war super hell und einladend. Der Pool war natürlich das Highlight. Für Familien wirklich eine tolle Sache.

Die Möbel (vorallem die Couch und der Esstisch) könnten eine Generalpberholung brauchen , ebenso die Küchenzeile. Herdplatten sind doch sehr oldschool. Im Garten wäre eine überdachte Sitzgelegenheit toll gewesen.

Heerlijk huis op rustig park. Alles wat je nodig hebt en meer is aanwezig. Sfeervol huis met fijne tuin. Gebied lekker rustig nog niet overlopen door toeristen. Met de kusttram op pad is super fijn. De haan is een aanrader.

Die Räume sind nicht groß. In unserem Haus hat der Eigentümer aber sehr große Möbel aufgestellt. Das führt zu sehr engen Wohlverhältnissen. Das gilt möglicherweise nur für unser Haus.

Fijne faciliteiten, minder fijn huisje

Het personeel was erg vriendelijk. Het park heeft een fijne opbouw. Het zwembad en de speeltuin in de zandbak zijn erg goed. Minpuntje bij het zwembad is het gebrek aan schaduw. Er zat een grote tuin rondom het huisje. Het huisje was voorzien van veel materiaal (spelletjes, boeken, speelgoed...). Er is een map die je krijgt met daarin handige weetjes over de omgeving (dichtsbijzijnde arts, bakker, markten...)

Het huisje heeft betere tijden gekend (nr. 10) en was ook langere tijd niet grondig gepoetst (stofwebben tussen lamp en plank vlak boven het hoofdeinde, frigo die niet goed meer sluit, vlekken op gordijnen...). Het park ligt langs een drukkere weg waarbij de stoep best smal is. Er wordt geadverteerd dat het 10 minuten wandelen naar het strand is, dit mag gerust worden verdubbeld. Er wordt geadverteerd dat er parking is nabij de accommodatie: bij sommige huisjes is dit vlakbij, bij anderen moet je een klein stukje lopen. Er is in de onmiddellijke omgeving niet echt een aankoopmogelijkheid voor boodschappen.

duurde bijna 2 dagen voor de verwarming het deed, keukenbenodigdheden zoals pannetjes etc mogen vernieuwd worden, tuinstoel stuk en de rest van tuinmeubilair was vuil, huisje was wel proper maar mag zowel binnen als buiten wat gezelliger gemaakt worden en opgefrist.

Gut für Hundefans

Gute Lage, sehr angenehme Dusche, viele Küchengeräte.

Garten war bei Ankunft voller Hundehaufen und der Geruch war schrecklich. Die Haufen wurden zwar auf Nachfrage sofort entfernt. Der Geruch war aber so eklig, dass der Mitarbeiter beim Entfernen mehrmals in den Garten gespuckt hat. Außerdem war das Haus sehr vollgestellt mit unnötigen Möbeln. Es gab keine Auflagen für die Gartenmöbel, es gab für ein 4 Personen Haus nur ein Liegestuhl. Dauerndes Gebell in der Nachbarschaft! Also nur was für Hundefans :)
