Terrible experience

I did not stay there. On Sunday night, 18h before our planned arrival, the owner told me that he doesn't want me in his house and will pay my booking back. It started with his massage at 10.24 pm that I should transfer deposit and that there is no towels or bed sheets in the house. I wrote him back that this is very late to let me know about those things and that I am already travelling and cannot transfer any money. I am still waiting for the reimbursement of my booking payment. Very bad communication and very rude owner.

Ich würde es empfehlen, wenn nichts mehr anderes frei wäre, aber für den Preis nicht gerechtfertigt.

Die Lage.

Leider kam erst sehr spät eine Nachricht vom Vermieter, dass man selbst Handtücher und Bettwäsche mitbringen sollte. Dazu hatte man keine Angaben wie groß diese sein sollten. Die Ausstattung war auch nicht optimal, es gab kein Backofen und nur einen Gasherd, wo kein funktionierendes Feuerzeug vorhanden war. Beim Anzünden mussten wir zunächst ein eigenes besorgen und haben uns dann dabei noch verletzt. Die Bettwäsche war zudem auch sehr vergilbt mit Flecken. Die Küchengeräte und auch das Geschirr waren auch nicht sauber und mussten zuerst nochmals von uns gereinigt werden. Die Verklebung der Decke kam an einer Stelle herunter und beunruhigte uns auch sehr. Es lag auch in einem Schlafzimmer eine große Holzplatte auf dem Boden, um eine Einkerbung im Boden abzudecken. Draußen im Garten war die Bank auch sehr marode und unter dem Caravan, lagen mehrere Bau-Reste. Die Vermieter waren nicht so gut zu erreichen, unabhängig von der späten Nachricht mit der Bettwäsche, gab es keine Erklärung, wie man auf das Grundstück kam und auch bei einem Anruf kam keine Reaktion, selbst im Nachhinein nicht. Ich empfehle unbedingt eine Ankunft vor 17 Uhr, da man sonst Probleme bekommt mit der Rezeption.
