Iris apartment

i like the location of the apartment.There are lawns and you can walk your pet.The view of the city was unique.Warm,clean nice.There are dunes nearby...you can also walk.almost everything you need is there.

i don't like it ...no sheets..and pillowcases.If you travel by plane how will you bring sheets and covers.You have to buy.And toilet paper was half a roll for two people for two days...again have to it was bought... and the Internet password cannot be read... a bit inconvenient..

The apartment was not sufficiently clean, there was dust in the corners across the apartment. The area around and under an unfoldable sofa needs to be vacuumed.

There was a shortage of washing-up liquids because you don't always take washing-up liquid on holidays. There was no soap and paper in the toilet. there were no towels.

Dear booking friends... sadly we cannot recommend to anybody to visit this place... The photos which we saw did not represent what we found. We arrived in the late evening, winter time. Telephoned the owners before in order to let them know we came later. The owners do not live close to the place so we had first of all to find where to pick up the keys. Till there everything still okay. Finding the apartment in a 5 store building in the upper floor of a building which was, since winter totally empty, we entered the apartment which was freezing cold. We switched on electrical heating for the kitchen /living room, there were no general heating for the sleeping room, where just a very small heater which certainly could not be used during the night, simply dangerous. ......after two hours still not an acceptable warmth which allowed us to take off the winter coat....we phoned the owners saying we cannot stay and asking if they reimburse us...with no understanding at all, they bargained with us if we leave, still to pay half of the money. Plus the place was showing black traces on the wall of the sleeping room (maybe fungus )

Okay aber nichts besonderes.

Etwas abseits von De Haan, aber insgesamt war die Lage gut. Der Ausblick vom Balkon ist sehr schön.

Die ganze Anlage stammt aus den 70er Jahren und ist insgesamt etwas in die Jahre gekommen und kaum renoviert. In der Wohnung ist alles was man braucht, das Bad ist gut. Auf den ersten Blick ist alles sauer, aber man darf nicht zu genau hin gucken. Die Einrichtung ist spartanisch und zweckmäßig.
