Hello and welcome to your very own personal retreat! Here, you’ll find a home that was newly and lovingly designed in October 2024, crafted with great passion and attention to detail. The goal is for you to feel right at home from the very first minute!
The Accommodation
The Kitchen:
The spacious kitchen-diner is a dream come true for any home cook. Equipped with a minimalist kitchen island, a high-quality Bora induction cooktop, and a full range of appliances, it leaves nothing to be desired. Enjoy cooking with knives and kitchen tools from Zwilling, as well as fine tableware and glassware from Villeroy & Boch and Schott Zwiesel.
The kitchen features a dishwasher, a fridge-freezer, an oven with a meat thermometer and self-cleaning function, as well as a Nespresso machine and a selection of teas. The high-quality ultra-matte surfaces lend the room an air of elegance, while the adjoining dining table is illuminated by an Occhio “Mito Sospeso”—a place where cooking and dining are equally enjoyable.
The living room:
The living room impresses with its spacious and bright design. From here, you have direct access to a 15-square-meter balcony, ideal for relaxing outdoors. A large 85-inch UHD TV invites you to enjoy cozy home-theater evenings on rainy days—Netflix is, of course, available!
A large and very comfortable Contur Casoli couch offers the perfect spot to unwind or read a good book. Carefully curated furniture, including several custom-made pieces, complements the stylish overall look. Plus, the dimmable indirect lighting creates a warm and cozy evening atmosphere. You’ll truly feel at home here!
For productive work hours, you’ll find a workspace with a spacious desk, equipped with a desk lamp featuring an inductive charging pad. The “Rollingframe” desk chair provides extra comfort, so you can both work and explore your interests here.
The bedroom:
With a comfortable queen-size bed, featuring a high-quality mattress and hotel-style linens, it promises restful nights. An UHD TV complements the room and offers the chance to enjoy cozy evenings watching TV here as well. A high-quality cabinet system provides ample storage space, while electric blinds allow you to completely darken the room when needed. The cozy and harmonious decor creates a welcoming atmosphere for the final hours of the day and ensures you can start the next one feeling refreshed.

Over the past 10 years, we have stayed in 52 rental places. This was our very first VRBO stay and everything about it was EXCEPTIONAL. The loft was spotlessly clean, beautifully designed and decorated. Without question, this is the nicest stay we have had in the past 10 years. Every detail of the apartment was done with excellence in mind - the atmosphere lighting in the living room, heated floors, high quality appliances, dishes, cookware, etc. The bed was very comfortable and I appreciated the high quality cotton sheet and duvet. Soaking in the extra long bathtub was a true treat. The washer/dryer was very helpful too. The location is peaceful and quiet. We rented a car at the Munich Airport which was approx a 30 minute drive to the loft. Moosburg (10-15 min drive) is a quaint town with several restaurants and grocery stores and shopping. Our host, Alex was a pleasure to communicate with. It is clear the loft is a labor of love for him. We felt honored to stay in such a beautiful, high quality place. Without hesitation, we recommend his prestigious designer loft, and hope to return soon!
