This charming farmhouse accommodates up to five guests across two beautifully designed bedrooms:

✔ Second bedroom – Two single beds, framed by traditional Bavarian windows
✔ Fifth Bed - Pull-out sofa bed in the living room for added flexibility
✔ Private balcony – Overlooks the gardens, with grapevines spiralling upwards
The fully furnished kitchen offers an original Bavarian dining table (once belonging to folk singer Roider Jackl), and all modern appliances needed for a comfortable stay.
ADDITIONAL AMENITIES:
✔ Small TV (Amazon Prime), and Wi-Fi
✔ Bathrobes, towels, and toiletries
✔ Fully equipped kitchen (stove, oven, utensils, pots & pans)

IMPORTANT NOTE: Due to the house’s historic nature, the stairs are steep with railings on only one side, making them unsuitable for toddlers or guests with mobility challenges.

We traveled to the Munich in July and staying at this home was by far our highlight of our trip! This original rustic farm home is quite an oasis. We stayed here with our three young children and the home was appointed for all pull our needs. This lovely country home was a true sanctuary, chock full of charm and modern elegance within an original Bavarian farm style setting. We highly recommend this lovely home to anyone looking for a bit of relaxation outside of the city. We had a wonderful time and Manuela was most welcoming. We appreciated all the goodies the left for us to bring comfort to our stay!

This house and the surrounding are set in a quiet part of the Bavarian country-side. There's an amazing SPA building on-site, which is incredibly cosy. 10/10 would stay again.
