The Accommodation
Built in 2023, this 91 m² modern 3-room apartment with a south-facing balcony is perfect for 4–6 people.
The apartment is located on the 1st floor and can be reached barrier-free from the underground parking garage via a passenger elevator. As soon as you enter the living areas, which feature real wood finishes, your gaze is drawn to the sun-drenched living room. All rooms are equipped with radiant floor heating; during the summer, the floors can be used to cool the space.
