The apartment is on the 1st floor with terrace and garden, has Wi-Fi, included in the price and is newly renovated. The living room is equipped with 2 sofas, TV with Astra channels and dining table with chairs; a separate one equipped with fridge, freezer, gas stove, oven, microwave, kettle, coffee machine and toaster is available. From the living room you step out onto the beautiful terrace equipped with comfortable sofa and wonderful lake view. The apartment also has a master bedroom equipped with a double bed, wardrobe, air conditioning and view of the terrace; a bathroom with shower, sink, toilet and bidet completes the furnishings of this wonderful apartment. The second bedroom has 2 single beds that can be put together, wardrobe and bunk bed for 2 people. The bright and quiet apartment has a garden and a private garage for 1 car. Additional parking spaces are available in the residential complex. The residential complex has a lot of greenery and a pool (used by a total of 5 apartments) which is open from May 1st to September 30th.
