Exclusive villa for 8 people with a private pool and garden, nestled in the green hills of Soiano del Lago.
Villa Ardea was originally a 19th-century convent; its expert renovation has successfully highlighted the beauty of its features and its prime location.
The villa is located in a hamlet of Soiano del Lago, less than one kilometer from the town center, where you’ll find a bank, a pharmacy, several shops, and a post office.
The villa is arranged over three floors plus a basement.
The first floor features a large living area that includes a sitting room with a TV area and a large marble fireplace; the dining room, equipped with a large table seating 8 people, is also located in this space.
From the living area, you then move into the spacious kitchen, which features a table and is fully equipped with everything you need.
All rooms on the first floor open onto the beautiful porch facing the garden and the pool. The porch features a large table and a small sitting area.
Passing through the hallway—which also houses the front door and a bathroom with a shower—you ascend to the first floor, where three elegantly furnished double bedrooms are located.
The master bedroom features a small foyer leading to the en-suite bathroom and a large closet. The first floor also features a second bathroom with a shower, shared by the other two bedrooms.
All bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning and open onto a balcony with a view of the lake.
Moving up to the turret on the second floor, we find the fourth bedroom with two single beds, air conditioning, a wooden ceiling, and a small balcony with a splendid view of the hills and the lake.
