Stefano Villa is a splendid villa located in Moniga del Garda, on Lake Garda, immersed in an oasis of tranquillity within a large plot of land where nature reigns supreme. Partially renovated in 2018 and completed in 2025, this house represents the perfect choice for a holiday focused on relaxation.
The living room, elegant and welcoming, is equipped with a spacious lounge area with comfortable sofas, satellite TV and a warm fireplace. The modern and fully equipped kitchen offers ample space for cooking together and sharing special moments.
The villa has three bedrooms, each with a comfortable double bed, while the third is equipped with two single beds. Guests can use two bathrooms with a shower. The air conditioning system is arranged as follows: one split in one of the double bedrooms, one in the corridor serving the three rooms, and one in the living room.
The villa is completed by the delightful dining area, characterized by a large panoramic window, where it is possible to enjoy meals in a refined environment around an elegant table with high-quality chairs. From here, you can directly access a spacious terrace, equipped with a table and chairs, and a charming garden with a private pool, embellished with palm trees, orange trees, and olive trees.
