About this villa rental
In Polpenazze del Garda, in the picturesque hamlet of Picedo, Villa Alfio is just 7 minutes from Lake Garda’s most famous beach, La Romantica in Manerba del Garda. It boasts a beautiful lake view, plenty of privacy, and is surrounded by greenery.
The villa is laid out over two levels:
On the first floor, there is a spacious and bright living room with a terrace overlooking the lake, a kitchen equipped with all modern conveniences (dishwasher, microwave, oven), a master bedroom with an en suite bathroom, and a large alcove that can be used as a storage area and laundry room with a washing machine.
On the first floor above, there is a master bedroom with a private bathroom, a second bedroom with a double bed and a closet, a third bedroom with a sofa bed and a closet, and finally an additional bathroom with a shower.
From all the rooms, you can admire a magnificent LAKE VIEW.
Outside, there is a spacious private patio with a large barbecue where you can enjoy lunch and dinner with friends and family in complete privacy.
The property also features a swimming pool, shared with the other 6 residential units.
The pool opens on May 15 and closes on September 30.
One private parking space.
Additional free parking available 150 meters from the villa.

We were a group of 6 adults, two children and a dog. Villa Alfio is such a nice place. The house is spacious and every couple got their own bathroom. The kitchen is well equipped and cooking for yourself is made easy. Unfortunately there was no dishwasher, so cleaning for 8 people is a bit stressful.
The terrace is big an you got a nice view over polpenazze and Lago so Garda. Polpenazze is such a nice town. There are supermarkets nearby and to get to the closest beach it is only a 10-15 minute drive.
The communication with Sara was perfect all the time and she was always helpful. If you are big group and looking for a nice and relaxed stay at Lago do Garda, we can fully recommend Villa Alfio.
