"Villetta Oleandri is a splendid terraced house, set in a residential context with a swimming pool, but completely independent, arranged on two levels, it is newly furnished and equipped with every comfort. It is situated in the village of Soiano del Garda, known for its vineyards and olive groves surrounded by green hills and wonderful, well-equipped golf courses. The property is composed on the ground floor of a living room with fireplace, furnished with a sofa bed, a fully equipped open kitchen, a bathroom and a large porch and livable outdoor space. On the first floor there are two double bedrooms and a twin bedroom, a second bathroom and a further terrace. There is also a double garage and laundry room. This property has waste separation guidelines. A cot and high chair are also available in this flat on request. Only small pets are allowed. Additional services include internet access, TV, air conditioning, heating, towels and bed linen. Guests have direct access to the shared swimming pool, which opens in early May and closes in mid-September. The location of this property is well known for its proximity to the first beaches and other tourist resorts, which are just 2.5 km away, and Verona Villafranca airport, only 49 km away.
