We stayed a month in Jan. 2025. It is a quiet, very convenient location with a nice view of a park and the ocean. The Redondo Pier, restaurants, and grocery shopping are all a short walk away. The included garage parking for one car is close to the elevator which deposits you close to the entrance door to the condo. The nice pool was heated. The laundry is located a few steps from the front door to the unit. The bed was comfortable. Our host promptly fixed the few problems we encountered. The reclining sofa and large TV are excellent. It is one of the nicest vacation properties we have stayed in. We would happily stay there again the next time we want a place near the beach in Redondo.
