A cozy quiet get away spot. Just like a hotel stay at half the price. One and a half blocks from the beach and Pier, prime location for either vacationers or execs. 15 minutes from the airport, close to Hermosa/Manhattan Beach. 5 minutes from the quaint Riviera Village.

Perfect place! Spotless! Excellent location. I really appreciated the responsiveness of the host. Nice coffee bar and Kim had all the necessities for our stay. Wish we had time to use the beach cruisers she had available. I hope to stay there when I'm back in the area in a couple months. Thank you Kim!

Street parking was easy. The supplies for the beach were great. (Bikes, cooler, umbrella, chairs). The bed is very comfortable in the main bedroom. The daybed in the living room/kitchen is ok for a sofa but not great for sleeping. The kitchen was basically a closet with a cabinet, tiny fridge, two burner stove top and tiny convection/toaster oven.
Bottom line—Would I stay there again.? No. Was it okay. Yes.
