NEW LISTING! Tucked away on a quiet cul-de-sac with 180 degree views of South Carolina's vast salt marsh landscape. This home is perfect if you're a wildlife enthusiast or just looking to get away from the bustling resort areas.
Includes a renovated kitchen with updated appliances, granite counters and is stocked with necessary supplies. Wet bar off the entry. Living room and sunroom with comfortable seating. Outside you will find a spacious screened porch and a rooftop deck, both with panoramic views. The marsh island neighborhood is a quiet and secluded part of the Wild Dunes resort. Just around the corner from the Harbor Golf course.
First floor bedroom is a guest room with king bed. Second floor features a spacious primary suite with king bed and seating area. Bathroom has dual vanity, bathtub, and walk-in shower. Additional sleeping in guest room on with 2 twin sized bunk beds.
Please know that Wild Dunes resort no longer allows resort amenity access to any rental companies outside of the resort itself. This home provides access to the many bike paths, two championship golf courses, and great restaurants and shops located within the resort. The closest beach access is about a 15 minute walk.

All reservations (3-21 nights) will receive a credit to VayK Life for renting beach gear. Linens and towels provided. Washer and dryer available.

Had a half week family summer beach trip. The marsh view was stunning and peaceful and we had some of the most goregeous sunsets. Overall the accommodations were good. It is getting a little age on it with a need for some investment here and there, including a larger coffee pot. The communication was timely and clear. The location on the marsh is a drive to the beach access so plan for the drop off and parking logistics. Beach was beautiful and not very crowded. The family had a wonderful visit!

The home had gorgeous views of the marsh and we loved sitting out on the screened in porch to watch the osprey and the changing tides and sunsets. The kitchen, while small, was fully equipped. The view from the master bedrm was sensational. The house has multiple seating areas and was very comfortable to be together as a family . The rental company was quick to respond. Restaurants and Harris Teeters is very close.
