Three Bedroom, Two Bath elevated beach cottage located on a quiet cul-de-sac in gated community of Wild Dunes, with access to miles of beach and bike paths, and World Famous Golf and Tennis. In close proximity to the Atlantic Ocean, this is a great location to get away and relax. Approximately 3 short blocks from a beach access path, where you can enjoy miles of award-winning white sandy beaches. This private home features an elevator which is ideal for carrying luggage and groceries.

Located within the popular gated community of Wild Dunes, this villa offers affordable updated accommodations for a small group or family. Centrally located within the community, permitting easy access inside and outside the gates of Wild Dunes. Please inquire with vacation planner about renting bikes and beach gear.

The lay out of the property allows privacy for guests. Well stocked with kitchen supplies and furnishings. Nestled in a quiet cul d sac short distance to beach. The elevator is a plus. Short drive for groceries and has a grill..Highly recommended

Our family rented this property for the first time in 2012 when our children were young. It was special renting the same property 12 years later with our now adult and teenage children. This property is a great one, and the folks at Island Realty are fantastic! Thank you for providing us with a wonderful stay!

Parking was limited and garage too small to open car doors which made it difficult to unload and load. Pine straw on driveway very slippery. Kitchen old and cabinet doors coming off.
