This recently updated (2024) three-bedroom, two-bath elevated beach cottage is centrally located within the gated community of Wild Dunes. It offers convenient access to miles of pristine beaches and bike paths, along with renowned golf and tennis facilities. Located approximately 2 blocks from a beach access path (two paths situated between 55th Avenue and 57th Avenue, must cross Palm Blvd), this cottage is an ideal getaway for relaxation near the Atlantic Ocean.
