Around a 15-minute walk will take you to the popular shopping hub of Liscard, and for golfers, the area is incredibly popular thanks to the many courses that offer a varied challenge due to unpredictable coastal winds. The location is perfect for lovers of the great outdoors with 50 miles of beautiful walks, runs or bike rides available, including the nearby North Wirral Coastal Park. Wallasey/New Brighton Beach is also incredibly popular with striking views over towards the fabulous Liverpool city skyline.
On the other side of the peninsula is West Kirby, where quite uniquely at low tide, you can walk out to the Hilbre Islands taking in the incredible views and amazing wildlife that call the islands home. The green space of Birkenhead Park is also an incredibly special place as inspiration for New York’s Central Park.
