Please consider that we could not get into the house until the cleaner arrived to provide the correct code. Luckily, we didn't arrive later that evening. Otherwise, we would have been stranded. Needing our key to access and resolve the issue was poorly communicated, which caused a delay and more inconvenience. The front door sometimes still jams when you try to lock.The backyard is poorly kept, with weeds everywhere, random tools to trip over, and accessing the washing line less than convenient.There are two forks in your set of cutlery.You need a permit to park in the street. Luckily, I haven't been fined.Resolving issues as quickly as you could is commendable, but i suggest there shouldn't be issues in the first place.
