Parkside is large 2 storey ground & 1st floor period terraced house in Wallasey. There's unlimited parking on the quiet one way street outside the property and parking for vans is no problem. The peaceful garden to the rear of the property overlooks Central Park.
3 out of the 5 double bedrooms are en-suite. There's a shower room off the lounge plus an additional 5th shower room upstairs. All bedrooms and the lounge have smart TVs.
There is also a large, very well equipped kitchen with all the cookware, crockery, cutlery and utensils you need to cook a full meal. Large fridge freezer, oven, hob, microwave, kettle and toaster. A breakfast room off the kitchen has a breakfast bar with seating for 4. From the breakfast room there's access to the garden with outside table and chairs. For families the house backs on to the lovely park.
