- Bedroom 3: 2 single beds 90 (can be made into a double) with access to small balcony, city view and storage cupboard

- Italian-style shower room with two sinks and toilet

- Single-sink shower room

- Laundry area with washing machine and tumble dryer

- Separate toilet



The ideal location of the apartment allows for easy access to Annecy on foot or by bike, but also to the villages around (Annecy-Le-Vieux, Veyrier du Lac, Talloires, Sevrier, Saint-Jorioz…_)

Beds will be made upon your arrival according to the number of participants registered; towels (2/person), dishcloths (2/kitchen), bath mats, as well as hospitality products (soaps, shampoo, shower gel, dish soap, a few washing tablets, sponge, 2 rolls of toilet paper/wc…) are included in the service, as well as end-of-stay cleaning.

We can provide you with a free baby bed (travel crib) and a high chair on request.
