- Bright and charming through-living room with dining area, balcony access (typical city view), living room (TV set) and fully equipped open kitchen (Thermomix)
- Bedroom 1: double bed 140 with access to small balcony, city view and storage cupboard
- Bedroom 2: double bed 160 with access to small balcony, city view and storage cupboard
- Bedroom 3: 2 single beds 90 (can be made into a double) with access to small balcony, city view and storage cupboard
- Italian-style shower room with two sinks and toilet
- Single-sink shower room
- Laundry area with washing machine and tumble dryer
- Separate toilet
The ideal location of the apartment allows for easy access to Annecy on foot or by bike, but also to the villages around (Annecy-Le-Vieux, Veyrier du Lac, Talloires, Sevrier, Saint-Jorioz…_)
