La proximité du centre ville ,la salle de bain vaste et très bien éclairée ,la propreté impeccable de l'ensemble du studio . La disponibilité et la gentillesse du personnel ,conciergerie et ménage ,avec mention spéciale pour Karina charmante et toujours à l' écoute ....☀️

Une armoire dont la penderie est encombrée d'un énorme aspirateur seau et balai planche a repasser ...empêchant d'installer des vêtements sur cintres . Tout d'abord un voilage à la fenêtre me semble indispensable pour un endroit en rez -de -chaussée donnant sur un parking, l'écran de télévision posé sur un petit meuble bas ,dans ses conditions, impossible de la regarder sans avoir a déménager la table et les chaises.La housse de protection du lit en plastique, aux dimensions aléatoires, déchiré a plusieurs endroits et de mauvaise qualité.Un tapis défraîchi et inutile,les plis d'usure m'ont fait trébucher à plusieurs reprises. Étant restée près de 15 jours dans cet endroit, j'aurais apprécié d'avoir un petit set d'aide culinaire,au moins un duo sel/poivre et des sacs poubelles d'avance et plus d'un rouleau de papier toilette par exemple...

Nice apartment furnished in good taste. Mostly comfortable with good facilities. Found in a quiet inner courtyard, so it was really easy to relax and have a good night's sleep.

I was disappointed in the quality of the bedding: the pillows were clumpy and far from firm, and the duvet cover had some minor cigarette (?) burns on it which I only discovered on the last day, so it didn't impact my stay (as opposed to the pillows). Also, it was a bit difficult to make sense of the check-in instructions, as they didn't state to go further back into the courtyard after opening the main gate, so I initially entered the door of the first staircase and got confused about not finding the key box. In the end, I noticed that there was a second staircase in the courtyard, and I managed to find the keys there. Check-in time was a bit late (3pm) which meant that I had to wait with my luggage around various spots in the city for hours. I would suggest to move the check-in time to 1pm or 2pm the latest as that would help people like me who arrive in Toulouse in the morning.

Très bien situé , très propre, très calme , bon rapport qualité / prix

Juste un tout petit point négatif mais sans grande importance , il faisait un peu trop chaud , mais les températures extérieures étaient trop élevées

La ubicación es excelente, enfrente del río.

Nos costó un poco entender el funcionamiento de recogida de llaves.
