Excellent location right next to Paisley train station, where there are frequent trains to take you to Glasgow city centre too. The apartment feels safe and it was quiet, despite being above a pub. The property was also very clean and well-maintained. It also had everything we could have possibly needed, with a well-stocked kitchen, bathroom and bedroom. The check-in process was easy and convenient too. I would highly recommend this apartment! Thank you so much.
Check-in was at 4pm, but we ended up arriving at around 5pm. When we got there, the cleaners were just finishing up. I think if we had arrived exactly at 4pm, the flat wouldn't have been ready for us. Thankfully this wasn't an issue since we arrived later than the check-in time, but if you are planning to arrive exactly at 4pm, it would be worth letting the host know so the flat is definitely ready for you. I will also say that the cleaners did prepare the apartment to a high standard and they were very friendly when we arrived, so there were no complaints from us!

Meals were not included. The location of the flat was very convenient, within easy walking distance to the train station.
A shopping mall was located just across the street, and the flat was directly above a pub.
We had difficulty opening the door, When we first arrived, we could not get the dead bolt to open, so we were stranded on the outside with no idea how to get into the flat. I went downstairs to the pub to ask them how to get into the flat, but they stated that they were not affiliated with the apartment complex. Regardless, the bartender was so kind, she asked one of her customers to help us unlock the door. The customer went upstairs with us and was able to get the dead bolt to open. Apparently, the dead bolt was stuck in the lock keep, but she was able to work with it and get it to release the dead bolt. Later during our stay, the apartment manager sent a repair person to fix the lock, but we were unable to lock the entrance door during our entire stay.
