The location, cleanliness...
The shower in the first room is very bad. There's no water pressure and it's impossible to control the water temperature.

Good location and very spacious. In a pleasant location and close to amenities, shops and transport into Glasgow city.
As a party of four it was good to have two bathrooms.
Not complaining but just some constructive thoughts…
Beds were very soft and low but we do prefer a harder bed and anyone with mobility issues would have problem with the height of them.
Blackout blinds on bedroom windows would be good also.
Property was clean but suggest a thorough do of skirtings and also fresh toilet brushes and some bleach on en suite shower tiles.

The noise from the busy road outside kept us awake through the night.
The mattresses were uncomfortable.

Blinds are not able to restrict light.
The skirting boards are not “ deep cleaned”.
There are many minor building faults viz.
bathroom: holes in wall at the toilet. Pipes behind the sink are dirty.
Front door loch slack and tricky to work.
Two bedside lamps need attention.
Kitchen crockery appears to be for three persons
Windows are difficult to operate
Wardrobe doors need attention

Amazing location, an elevator straight to the door, roomy, clean, nice kitchen, had an enclosed veranda with an exterior door to let in some lovely fresh air. There was a bus stop directly outside for travel either way on busy road.
Windows let a lot of noise in the bedrooms, needed a little maintenance, no dryer, only one key for a group of four.

The best thing about the property was the speed with which BNB Guru responded when the heating broke down. Also, whilst the walk to the property is not the nicest in Paisley, it does pass the town's main supermarkets.
This is a two bedroom property. We are a small NGO attending COP26 for two weeks. One staff member stayed in one room in week one (and had issues with the heating) and the second staff member stayed in the second room in week two (and had issues with the heating and gained horrendous back issues because of the second mattress - this has actually led to needing physiotherapy). The mattress was not fit for use. It could almost be folded in half. The cost was staggering (which was common across the region because of COP) but compared to our other similarly priced Paisley apartment, the standard here was truely woeful.

Property was exactly as described and exactly as the photos show. It was comfortable and clean with everything you may need during your holiday. We stayed with two young children and we found it very comfortable. The location was perfect with food shops near by and Glasgow close by too. The two bathrooms were brilliant plus the bathtub was perfect for our kids. It was very spacious with lots of cupboards to store all your belongings. This place is perfect for families, we had a great time 10/10. There is parking which was fantastic. The customer service was excellent too. We look forward to staying again soon!
Cleaning charge was a little expensive but otherwise 10/10
