The price is too expensive for the service

Inside of the house is neat and located in a cool residential neighborhood.

The WiFi is hidden in a room and will not connect when in other room, it always breaks when watching Tv.

Location isn't the best and not easiest to find, but overall OK for what I needed. Strange to be in a place with nothing other than twin beds...

Clean but many things broken, not a great place to stay.

The only positive aspect of the property was that it gave us somewhere to stay in Glasgow.

Many things were broken and the general up keep and quality of the property was very poor.

Already reported issues about - toilet seat, TV remote, induction hob. The place may need refurb to attract more customers in future. It was a bit difficult for me to locate the place. (This feedback is left for improvement purposes). Thank you

Overall we had a pleasant stay. Beds were comfortable and Apartment was very clean

Breakfast was not included. The Apartment had all the necessary facilities for cooking.

The location was a bit more out of the way than I anticipated.

Eventhough we didnot have a good welcome, the staff came and cleaned everything after we informed Pillow partners. There

It was comfortable and near to shops & other facilities. The area was quite and peaceful.

When we checked in, the property was not cleaned. Used food items, bed linen and bathroom was left as it is. We had to wait more than 1 hour for it to be cleaned. We were really tired and just wanted to have some rest however we were so dissatisfied as we had to wait.

There was no light in the bathroom throughout our stay. It was very inconvenient, especially for children. The vacuum cleaner was dirty and didn't work well. Nobody brought a replacement.

ideal apartment very clean light and airy , everything we needed for a stay away just like a home from home

driveway gates need taking of to facilitate easier parking of the two vehicles otherwise ok
