Super accommodation, we would definitely stay again.

The property was very clean, spotless actually. It is in a lovely quiet wee lane. The parking is right next to the accommodation. The beds are very comfortable with good pillows. Plenty of room for storing clothes. The bathrooms are lovely. Close to local shops and a short drive to shopping centre. Fairly priced. All the facilities were there that we needed, for example: toaster, microwave, washer/dryer, etc.

I would have liked tea, coffee, sugar and milk there on our arrival but as I said the local shop was only a 2 minute walk away so it wasn’t a problem.

Family stay

The overall cleanliness of the property was exceptional. Not a speck of dust anywhere. The location was ideal for our purpose. The apartment was brilliant for our needs as a family.

Perfect for a place to have as a base.

Great value for money, ideal location for train station. 4 bedrooms along with 2 bathrooms. Very quiet area. Ideal for having as a base.

Wasn't anything we didn't like, would recommend that the lounge could of been a bit cosier/warmer. Perhaps a rug, some cushions on the couch. Another arm chair. For sleeping up to 8 people, the seating area doesn't house for many in the lounge area comfortably. The upstairs double bed was far too soft.

Lovely stay

Perfect and central but tucked away from the town down a side street easy parking. Immaculate inside fully equipped and very comfortable we all loved it here and would stay again

In general the place was clean and well stocked kitchen, they were always available if needed something sorted.

The bed was extremely uncomfortable the mattress was hard as ever the sofa bed came with no pillows or cover, the area its in be mindful it is very rough constant noises throughout the night, there is space for 2 cars max and its first come first serve basis which is fine but having 3 apartments someone always looses out its really not worth the money at all feel like i wasted my money really feel disappointed this was the first time and i have traveled a lot. Also be mindful it says number 3 in the description but nowhere on the actual doors! a bit deceiving and nowhere is signed to say abbey houses they just go by A B C(the doors) had multiple times people trying to enter through our door..

We were expecting to get some additional garbage bags as we were staying for 3 days , toiletries should have been provided which missing like bathing soap, shampoos , washing powder as washing machine was provided.Lock of one of the toilet door was not working equivalent to have 1 toilet in the apartment. 1 mop should be available in apartment for wipping so in case of spills that can be used which was missing.

Almost perfect for the price

I was actually pleasantly surprised by this wee apartment. We used it to get ready in the morning of my wedding and it was great. Bedroom is surprisingly big, has a toilet downstairs as well as bathroom upstairs. Kitchen had everything we needed. It was clean, convenient location. People will say the area is run down which it is, it's being regenerated but the value for money for somewhere so central is brilliant so the scenery out the front door didn't really matter Had workmen working next door but they were all extremely lovely and immediately tidied up so they couldn't possibly get in our way at any point. It is a cheap apartment, with that in mind it's very good for the price provided you have realistic expectations. Love the full length mirror and the folding chairs in the table were brilliant for us getting hair and make up in.

Please please add where the sofa bed bedding is stored to the check in sheet please Tried to get a hold of people all night (24/7 out of hours line clearly unmanned) but didn't get a response till next day to find out it's in a section of the sofa bed (I don't tend to go pulling apart furniture so never checked!), Lucky we weren't staying the first night or would have been a pain. Other than this it was great, 1 wee line to note on the check in sheet and it would have been perfect. Driveway is a tight one, takes a bit of skill but it's handy as the street is so busy.

there where holes and marks on walls and doors bed was ripped and torn bedding had rips in sofa was stained and in comfortable. took a long time to heat up the property. cups dishes and cutlery were dirty no cleaning products to wipe down surfaces after a long day travelling arriving at property to no tea or coffee facilities was also very disappointing

The apartment was clean and tidy, and well situated in the heart of town

The apartment was relatively clean and tidy, and the amenities provided were very good. The wifi was good and stable and fast. The bed was very comfortable too although it looked a little out there. Overall, it was nice having the space to move about compared to staying in a hotel.

For a three day stay I received 14 emails from the property manager from booking confirmation, to check in information, to invoices, receipts etc. I thought that this was a little excessive, especially when emails would repeat themselves. Off street parking was available, but on my first night there, there wasn't enough space for my car as parking is very tight. Subsequent nights weren't an issue though.

Horrible stay

Close to relatives we were visiting.

Where do I start..... First of all, it was not possible to book the flat with cancellation/modification options that were reasonable. The only options for cancellation was to pay extra to be able to cancel up until a month from arrival. Our flight was rescheduled by the airline company so we arrived two days later than planned. I informed the hosts about this but still they sent me emails and called me before we even had arrived in Scotland to see how the check in had been. Once we arrived, which we did in the middle of the night exhausted after a long trip, there was only a tiny double bed in the flat even though we had booked for 4 people. There was an emergency number to call which we did, but no one answered. We had to squeese in 3 people in the tiny bed and 1 person had to sleep on the floor with a jacket as a cover. It was a terrible night. In the morning the next day we finally managed to get in touch with the host to question why there was only one bed for 4 people. Their answer was that this booking was only for 2 people, but my booking confirmation clearly states that I had booked for 4 people. Finally they agreed to send over linen and towels for 2 extra people, but the sofa which they claimed could fit 2 adults sleeping was a total joke. We couldn't even let our kid sleep on that. We had to go and borrow 2 extra mattresses from a relative that lived nearby in order to be able to stay there. When I reached out to Booking.com about this and they spoke to the host, their answer had been that up to 8 people could stay in that flat. I would love to see how they would fit 8 people in there, because that is insane. The area itself was also quite dodgy. The house and nearby buildings were very worned down and there were drunk people lying around on the streets in the neighbourhood. I would never ever book this apartment again and I suggest no one else does either. It wasn't even cheap to stay here either.
