About this apartment rental
Very modern & beautifully fully furnished 2 bedroom apartment in newly built (built 2008) apartment block (Elipta) - 3 minutes walk to local train station with easy access into Glasgow (about 20 minutes)
This lovely apartment is situated on the 2nd floor and features Gas central heating throughout, Double Glazing, and has the additional benefit of an En-Suite Shower-room along with main family bathoom
Very Fast Fibre Optic broadband internet is avail throughout the apartment.Ideal Central location with secure entry access and lift to 2nd floor.
The communal areas are fully carpeted and the entire building is cleaned on a daily basis by the factoring management company.
It's hard to imagine an apartment more ideally located for commuting with a quick 2 to 3 minute walk to Canal Street Train Station and only 2 miles from the M8 motorway or the airport.
The internet system within the apartment is there for your free unlimited use and is quick stable and reliable.
A new 65 inch TV installed October 24 has all UK Freeview channels and many HD channels plus Netflix (account required) YouTube etc.
The Master Bedoom features a king size bed and 43 inch TV.
2nd bedroom features double size bed and new 40 inch TV with Freely an excellent App that provides most free to air channels plus Netflix & YouTube This bedroom has an en- suite bathroom for complete privacy

This was a great rental in a quiet apartment complex. Ample parking and very close to Paisley. Felt right at home and loved that we could take off and travel around Scotland and still come “home” to a comfortable living space. Hoping to use this property in the future!

This is actually the 2nd time that we have rented this flat. Very convenient to train station and a bus stop. Nice Morrison's within walking distance.

Comfortable spacious apartment clean , in a central location to Glasgow Falkirk etc ... Comfortable for 2 couples travelling together ... Brian easy to contact and check in out easy ... Only a shower in the second bathroom and adjust that bathroom door would be fantastic .. Thanks
