Very clean quiet apartment

We were out of other options for accommodation near Glasgow airport the night before an early flight. The location was suitable and the apartment interior was clean and comfortable.
The process of booking required so much information that I began to suspect an identify theft scam. Then we had several phone calls to arrange access. Even then the final email with access information apparently went to the wrong email address. When we got to the address to negotiate the security system it was in an unappealing block with a couple of abandoned cars in the carpark - one there so long it had moss growing on the windows. Finally, were hassled for favourable reviews while the 250 pound security deposit was still pending in our bank account. They said this was an oversight but took 6 days to cancel it.
