le code du boitier n'était pas le bon. On a du perdre 20mn pour tester, appeler le propriétaire et enfin être rappelé pour comprendre que le code était mauvais.

logement globalement bien . correctement équipé et spacieux avec une climatisation (point appréciable en été)
le propriétaire doit indiquer que sa climatisation est uniquement dans la pièce principale de son logement + mettre à disposition la télécommande pour la gérer

Centre ville. Propre et fonctionnel. Tout confort manquait seulement cafetière avec capsules et sèche linge.
Pas de cafetière : bouilloire et café lyophilisé. 2eme étage. Parking payant devant presque 3€ de l'heure (proche gare) Caméra dans les parties communes utilisées par le propriétaire (respect du RGPD avec effacement dans les délais légaux ?) Pas de femme de ménage compris, proprio trop maniaque qui fait lui même le ménage et peut ponctionner sur la caution. Attention à ne pas jeter une éponge. Remboursement obtenu. Echanges incorrects. Manque de respect. Dommage ! Une
