In Berry, in the heart of the town center of Châteauroux, 1 minute from the train station, this magnificent mansion with its private garden not overlooked, its spa and sports area and its 3 free parking spaces is a place ideal for a stay in Indre or to meet up with friends or family.
The extras: 3-seater and 2-seater jacuzzi, sheets, towels, end-of-stay cleaning and heating included in the price.
Free city bus. On the ground floor: beautiful entrance, large living room and games area, fitted kitchen with dining room, scullery, separate toilet with hand basin and a 2nd entrance / cloakroom on the garden side.
On the 1st floor: large landing, 1 bedroom (1 180 cm bed or 2 90 cm beds) with bathroom and separate toilet, 1 bedroom (1 180 cm bed or 2 90 cm beds) with bathroom water and a separate toilet, 2 bedrooms (1 180 cm bed or 2 90 cm beds), shower room and separate toilet.
On the 2nd floor: landing, 1 bedroom (1 180 cm bed or 2 90 cm beds) with shower room/wc, 1 bedroom (1 180 cm bed or 2 90 cm beds) with shower room and a separate toilet, 2 bedrooms (6 90 cm beds), bathroom and separate toilet.
