Ground floor: two bedrooms for couples, each equipped with a double bed (140x200 cm and 160x200 cm) and its own bathroom with private toilet. Upper floor: three bedrooms with two single beds (90x200 cm) and a large family room with a double bed (160x200 cm) and a single bed (90x200 cm) share two bathrooms with toilet. This floor also features a double bedroom (160x200 cm) with a private bathroom and toilet.

The living areas invite conviviality: a spacious living room bathed in light, a dining room opening onto the terrace, and a fully equipped modern kitchen, extended by a utility room. For optimal comfort, the accommodation features 3 shower rooms, 2 bathrooms, and 6 toilets, one of which is separate from the bedrooms and located in the entrance hall.

Outside, enjoy a large 5,000 m² unfenced garden, ideal for games and relaxation, including a pétanque court. You'll also find a large covered terrace, a garden furniture set for 15 people, and a summer kitchen to fully enjoy outdoor dining.

The all-inclusive rate includes: bed linen and towels for the stay, end-of-stay cleaning (excluding dishes and bins), heating and electricity with reasonable consumption - if the gîte is heated by electricity you have 15 kWh per day (any excess will be payable on site to the hosts).
