Le logement est au calme. Il est très propre et adapté pour 4 personnes. Il est équipé avec l'essentiel pour passer un bon séjour comme à la maison. Le logement est situé à une quinzaine de minutes à pied du centre ville, ce qui est appréciable.

Un tout petit peu de vaisselle supplémentaire pourrait être pratique. Bon à savoir également même si les propriétaires n'y sont pour rien : il est possible que vous cherchiez un peu une place de parking dans les rues aux alentours mais on trouve toujours.

très déçu pour le prix tous était cassé a l'intérieur

dit sur l'annonce appartement neuf bien situé … tous est faux : canapé cassé avant notre arrivé + tous tachés , carrelage de sale de bain au sol qui bouge de partout (cassé pas de joins entre les carreau dangereux ), dit parking gratuit (sauf en réalité rien du tout ), travaux sur la rue et même pas prévenu . Lave vaisselle ne lave rien . Matelas inconfortable on a eu trop mal au dos. on a convenue avec le propriétaire de partir une nuit plus top qu'il allait remboursé on attend toujours. les propriétaires devrait vérifié avant de relouée un logement si tous est conforme mes bon il on ok pour récupéré l'agent mes pour entretenir leurs logement il ne son pas la .

Appartement spacieux et arrivée autonome.

L’appartement sentait très mauvais, forte odeur de cuisine. Les draps et les serviettes sentaient la friture. Notre fils a dormi dans le canapé lit du salon, nous doutons que les draps étaient propres. De plus la propreté général est à revoir, nous avons retrouvé des coton tiges sous la table de nuit et le parquet était très collant. L’emplacement de l’appartement est calme mais ne se situe pas dans un quartier attractif.

1階ではあったがエレベーターがなかった。ベッドは普通だったが、もう少し広ければなお良かった。駅からは近いが裏手で周囲がやや殺風景な感は否めない

Tout. Grand appartement très lumineux et très propre. Calme. La situation idéale à 10 minutes à pied de la gare, du supermarché. Pour les personnes qui ont des problèmes de dos, le lit de la chambre sera parfait. Il est très ferme. Pour moi c'était un peu dur. Canapé très confortable et le matelas du convertible lui un peu mou :-) En tous cas je recommande.

Le confort du lit double est appréciable, tout comme la qualité de la climatisation et de la télévision. Le gérant est réactif.

Le plancher du salon grince à chaque pas ; le lit canapé couine à chaque mouvement ; le carrelage de la SDB et le WC bougent sous le poids de l'utilisateur ! Couverts strictement limités à six pièces.

C'est un hébergement spacieux, lumineux, décoré avec goût, agréable et accueillant.

Je déplore de n'avoir pu joindre les hôtes avant arrivée. ( pour le côté relationnel) Effectivement toutes les informations en lien avec l'établissement ont bien été transmises dans les délais impartis via la plate-forme. Ce qui a permis d'accéder au logement sans difficulté.

L'emplacement est super, proche centre ville et hypermarché, la cuisine est bien équipé, la literie du lit est très satisfaisante, la propreté du logement est très appréciable

Il manque des assiettes, ce peut être un logement pour 4 et il est dommage de faire tourner le lave vaisselle pour 4 assiettes ...la literie du canapé-lit est moyen. Il est recommandé d'indiquer l'emplacement de l'appartement dans la description (1er étage)
