Easy to find and enter the property. Good instructions received. Safe parking.

In desperate need of a make over. Cleanliness was poor. Dirty cutlery drawer. Chopping boards disgusting. Cigarette burn in sofa. Flooring in lounge cracked and lifting. Shower hose permanently kinked so difficult to use shower. Toilet dirty.

A very pleasant and convenient place to stay with my mother and her dog.

The apartment is wonderful, spacious, organised. You get free car parking and after only a small confusion over accessing the key, entry was straightforward. The host spoke excellent English which made communication easy.

There was a noise during the night that went on for several hours coming from the stairwell (I think).

Nous ne sommes resté qu ́une nuit mais le parking,l'emplacement ,et le prix sont les principales qualites

Appartement bien décoré mais commence à indiquer pas mal de signes de vétusté. Plafond salle de bain, sol du salon de plus nous n avons pas eu de chance car l'ascenseur de l immeuble était en panne,et il est au 5 ème etage. D autre part il manque un porte habit pour déposé ses vêtements dans la chambre

Agréable pour un court séjour

Appartement fonctionnel. Les chambres sont exposées côté parking et non côté boulevard ce qui est assez agréable pour passer une nuit au calme. Le parking est bien sécurisé.

Le séjour et la cuisine donnant sur le côté rue, cela devient un peu bruyant lorsqu’on ouvre les fenêtres de ce côté. Néanmoins le trafic se calme en dehors des heures de pointe.

Appartement propre ,bien équipé, lit fait et les serviettes mise à disposition sont de bonne qualité. L échange avec le propriétaire est facile ,les instructions pour prendre possession des lieux ont été claire et accompagné de photos.

bien situé et facile à trouver par rapport à la route quand on arrive de l'A 20 de Limoges .

Nous n'étions là que pour la nuit aucun repas n'a été pris sur place, les lits étaient confortables et propres . L'appartement très calme , bien isolé , les chambres ne sont pas côté route principale . Le principal en électro- ménager dont machine à laver quand on reste plusieurs jours bien utile. Appartement spacieux . Un propriétaire qui répond vite par SMS , qui donne tous les renseignements au top pour arriver à l'appartement sans problème.

quelque chose pour accrocher les habits quand on va à la douche serait bien utile et le ménage , moins en surface.

l'appartement est à 10mn de l'autoroute A 20 et facile à trouver; les chambres donnent sur le parking arrière ;très calme.

Nous aurions aimé un torchon à vaisselle et une serviette à main dans la cuisine. 4 capsules pour le café pour deux au lieu de 2.
