Amazing apartment with a great bathroom. Everything is in top condition. The apartment is heated and gives off a very pleasant vibe. Host was very kind and communicative. The bed was super comfy and I was well rested for my onward journey. The fully-equipped kitchen had all the necessary utensils and more, including coffee. Would be more than happy to return for a longer stay. Everything was very clean. Plenty of onstreet parking, right in front of the property and free of charge. Supermarket within easy walking distance.

Le logement et la décoration. Les équipement de cuisine four, cafetière…), logement propre et bien situé.

Les ustensiles de cuisine non prévu pour 4 (pas de grande poêle, de faitout pour cuire les pâtes. …), couette un peu légère en hivers et table un peu petite pour 4

Beau logement mais aucune insonorisation

Appartement entièrement refait , propre et bien décoré. L’arrivée autonome est pratique et le logement a du charme.

Aucune insonorisation : on entend tout, voisins qui marche, qui parlent, porte d’entrée commune et bruit de la rue. Il n’y a aucune porte pour isoler la chambre du séjour et du bruit extérieur, ce qui rend le sommeil très difficile. Pour 4 personnes, la vaisselle est insuffisante et il n’y a que 3 chaises.

Joli appartement, très bien équipé. Facile d'accès, Stationnement juste en face et le long de la rue. Bon rapport qualité-prix

Nuit pas très reposante... on entend les pas des voisins du dessus, dont un petit enfant dès le matin à 7h30 qui faisait des allées retours en courant :( Dur pour reprendre la route... Pas de porte entre le salon et la chambre. Boules quies à envisager :)

Appartement propre, lumineux et décoré avec goût. .stationnnemt facile gratuit dans la rue. Élodie et Daniel sont très réactifs et disponibles par message. Nous avons choisi ce logement pour couper notre trajet pour une nuit, c'était parfait. Un parc avec promenade et Lac juste a côté, au top.

Rien ! Peut être la Vmc de la salle de bain qui fait du bruit mais peut être arrêtée pour la nuit.

L'appartement est très bien mais un peu bruyant.

L'appartement est très bien décoré et épuré avec des équipements très fonctionnels. Il est situé à proximité de Châteauroux et à une soixantaine de km du Zooparc de Beauval. Il est également très aisé de disposer d'une place de parking gratuite à côté de l'immeuble avec beaucoup de commerces à proximité (banques, restaurants - fast-food, supermarché etc.). À l'arrivée, le fait de disposer de bouteilles d'eau et de dosettes de café et de thé est très appréciable !

Le seul bémol c'est que l'appartement est situé à proximité d'une route avec beaucoup de trafic de voitures et de passants. Le bruit generé empêche les personnes dormant dans le séjour notamment de profiter de leur sommeil. Je pense que le bruit est accentué à cause d'une mauvaise isolation des vitres ou peut-être des murs...

Logement très propre, moderne, très fonctionnel. Très au calme le soir. Possibilité de stationnement devant le logement quand les places sont disponibles. Canapé lit prêt à se coucher dedans.

Le bruit de la vmc dans la salle de bain. Équipement vaisselle cuisine un peu juste pour trois personnes. Fourniture produit d’entretien un peu juste également.
