Très bel appartement chaleureux et confortable aux portes de Châteauroux

Appartement comme neuf, lumineux, spacieux, cosy et plein de charme avec ses poutres apparentes. Beaucoup d'équipements et de petits trucs qui font la différence (gel douche, café, bouteilles d'eau fraîche...). Lits et canapés confortables. Places de parking gratuites dans la rue, facile d'accès car pas en plein centre de Châteauroux bien que proche, petit lac à 5 minutes à pied parfait pour une balade, picnic et jeux pour enfants. Arrivée et départ autonome très pratique également. Presque un 10/10 !

Quelques petits détails corrigeables avec des réparations ou aménagements : Très chaud en été sous les combles sans climatisation (ventilateur à disposition), poignée de porte d'entrée cassée (obligé de fermer a clé pour que la porte tienne fermée), lavabo SDB sans grille ou bouchon (attention aux chutes de petits objets) et penchée (mal fixé ? l'eau stagne en partie), porte à galandage de la SDB qui ne coulisse pas dans son axe et ferme mal. Bref des petits détails contrastant avec l'état de l'appartement qui semble pourtant fraîchement et joliment rénové. L'appartement vaut quand même son 9/10 !

Super tof appartement

Super comfortabel, net gerenoveerd, smaakvol ingericht, ruim appartement. Van alle gemakken voorzien: lakens, handdoeken, zeep, shampoo, wasmachine en droogkast, mega smart tv... Gratis parking voor de deur. Wij waren op doorreis en verbleven er 1 nacht maar dat hadden er meer mogen zijn. Zeer scherpe prijs! Dankjewel voor de gastvrijheid!

Twee minpuntjes: onze kinderen sliepen op het zetelbed in de woonkamer en deze kan niet verduisterd worden (= wakker om 6:30) en gelegen aan een drukke straat, lawaai/verkeer vanaf 's morgens vroeg.

Logement très propre, bien aménagé et équipé. Confortable rien a dire. Grande salle de douche avec serviette de bain inclus. Draps et couette propre sans tâches et très grande télévision. Logement lumineux et bien agencé...

Parking au bord de route, pas très tranquille quand on a un bolide garé sur la voie public. Escalier très vieux qui grince beaucoup et étroit, difficile avec des enfants en bas âge...

Mooi, ruim appartement met veel natuurlijke lichtinval

Schoon, ruim en mooi ingericht appartement met veel licht. Alles was aanwezig in de keuken om te een maaltijd te bereiden. Het appartement ziet er precies uit zoals op de foto's. Er was parkeergelegenheid vlak voor de deur. Niet ver van het appartement is een supermarkt. Op 2 minuten wandelen van het centrum en een natuurdomein.

L appartement est cosy confortable et très calme Il est conforme à la description. Bien agencé. Il manque juste une ou 2 étagères dans la chambre pour pouvoir vider un peu la valise quand on reste plusieurs jours. L électroménager à disposition est de qualité. Je recommande.

L escalier pour accéder à l appartement quand on monte avec de grosses valises. Les 2 étages c est un peu étroit et raide Pour se garer le week-end pas de problème mais en semaine même le soir les places devant l appartement sont prises Mais malgré ces 2 points légèrement négatif u.e bonne note est méritée

Très bonne adresse

L'appartement est superbe et fonctionnel ! Tout équipé pour pouvoir passer un bon séjour. La literie est très confortable ainsi que les canapés-lits qui sont très très simples à déployer : vous tirez une languette et le lit est fait. Une grande douche avec serviettes fournies et le nécessaire de toilette, un frigo d'une bonne capacité et beaucoup de choses sont à proximité. Les hôtes sont très réactifs aux messages et aucun soucis ni pour se garer ni pour entrer et récupérer les clés. Si nous revenons dans la région, nous saurons où loger !
